We say goodbye to our production of Kinky Boots!
Another fantastic production has come to a close! Last week, Nardone’s Academy had the privilege of performing Kinky Boots the Musical in our hometown of Lochgelly — and what an unforgettable week it was.
We are so grateful to our incredible cast, crew, and creative team who brought this show to life. From the support of OnFife staff, to the brilliance of our lighting designer Kieran Hotchkiss and Musical Director James Muldoon, every detail came together to create something truly special. Directing and producing this show was an absolute joy.
A huge thank you also goes to our amazing audiences, whose enthusiasm, feedback, and standing ovations meant the world to us.
This was one of our biggest productions to date, with some of the most impressive scenery we’ve ever staged and stunning costumes that dazzled under the lights. The backstage motto all week was “break a leg, not a heel!” — and it carried us through to a triumphant closing night.
Now, as we hang up the boots (for now), we’re already looking ahead. First stop: Pantomime, as we head into our 8th consecutive year of panto.
And after that — get ready!
Our next adult production, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, arrives at the Lochgelly Centre in September 2026.
