What an incredible way to start the new academic year! Our Staff Induction Day at Nardone’s Academy College wasn’t just about planning – it was about inspiration, connection, and setting the tone for an amazing year ahead. The atmosphere in the room showed just how passionate and committed our team is to delivering outstanding Performing Arts training.
Vision for the Future with Principal Liam Nardone
The day began with an induction led by our Principal, Liam Nardone, who shared his vision for the months ahead. The day focused on everything that makes our college experience exceptional – from classes and student support to the smooth day-to-day running of the college. It was a chance for our team to connect, align on goals, and get ready to give our students the very best experience possible.
Liam motivated the team to think big and bring their very best to every class and project. The buzz in the room was great – everyone left feeling energised and ready to hit the ground running with this academic year!
The Power of Wellbeing – ‘Charge Up with Steph’
Another highlight of the day was a fantastic session with Steph, the force behind ‘Charge Up with Steph’. Steph reminded us how important it is to look after ourselves as educators and creatives.
Her session included:
Fun interactive activities to spark positivity and group bond
Steph’s Top 5 Tips for maintaining balance and preparation
Breathing exercises for calm and clarity
Positive affirmations to boost confidence and motivation
This was more than just a wellbeing talk – it was a recharge and a reminder that a positive mindset leads to powerful teaching.
